Single Tickets

To purchase tickets to Tangled in the Tinsel, click on the Purchase Tickets icon on the Home page. That will open a separate window to the Vendini online ticketing system. Follow the instructions in that window to make your ticket purchase. To purchase tickets to any show in our 2018 Season, simply click on the graphic for that show in the column on the left. That will open a separate window to the Vendini online ticketing system.  Follow the instructions in that window to make your ticket purchase. Tickets for a particular performance may be purchased online until 2 hours prior to the start of that performance.  After that, tickets will only be available for purchase at the door, approximately 30 minutes prior to the performance.  Note that we consider patrons aged 62 and above eligible for the discounted Senior ticket price.

A Port City Playhouse performance is the perfect gathering for your celebrations, as a way to reward employees, or just a good excuse to meet up with friends!
 

Group discounts starting at $14 per ticket are available when at least ten tickets are purchased in one transaction for the same performance.
 

We will help you to advertise the event by creating and distributing a unique Port City Playhouse invite for your group to receive via email. Groups are invited to join available cast members for a 15-minute post-performance event. One week advance coordination is required.

Refunds


Port City Playhouse does not issue refunds for unused tickets. All ticket sales are final.
 

Exchanges
 

Exchanges for regular public tickets are permitted if done 24 hours before the date of original tickets. Exchanges can only be made within the same show and only if tickets are available.
 

Bad Weather Policy
 

Mother Nature will, from time to time, interrupt the run of a production. If Port City Playhouse cancels a show because of weather, it will do so not later than three hours before curtain time. Circumstances permitting, we will announce the cancellation on the information banner at the bottom of the Home page. If Port City Playhouse cancels a show, patrons holding tickets for the cancelled show have three options: 1) reschedule for another day; 2) receive a refund for the original purchase price of the tickets; or 3) convert the purchased tickets into a tax-exempt donation to Port City Playhouse.

If the theater does not cancel its performance, but foul weather keeps a patron from attending the show, the unused ticket can be used at a future production of that show on a standby basis only.
